A girl and her books, dogs and crafts

I live in the Great Pacific Northwest where I read lots of books, you can check them out in my Shelfari bookshelf to the right. I currently knit and spin and have become more active in the SCA so more sewing! I also do quilt and bead-work and have learned how to Norse wire weave. I do have past experience with crochet and ceramics, but don't do a lot of it now. I may also be lured into weaving in the near future, so life is fun and interesting! Come share my adventures!

Forgot!

These were dropped off at Abundant Yarn & Dyeworks:

Each of them received a tag identifying who knitted them. Now to find them on the quilts at Sock Summit!

I was also really, really good. I went into a new yarn store and did not walk out with anything! May not be able to say that on Monday when I go check out Twisted. ;-)

Wow! These are part of the 400 collected. They were lucky enough to be labeled, so can be identified by the quilt recipient. Still all very cool!

Which new yarn store did you go to? I still haven't been to Close Knit on Alberta.

It was Abundant that was 'new' to me. You've been there enough though. I still haven't been to Close Knit either.
